Mission

• CHRIST IN ACTION PRAYER is a biblically based instructional ministry designed to train and equip the body of Christ from the pulpit to the pew with ‘practical prayer guidelines,’ to learn how to seek and cooperate with the Holy Spirit as He heals unresolved emotional pain, self-defeating attitudes and behaviors that hinder God’s people from fulfilling their potential in Christ.

• The Mission of Christ In Action Prayer is to work in partnership with the Holy Spirit to seek His truth and guidance to help us cope and overcome everyday problems and challenges living in an imperfect world. We will do this by learning how we resist Him, how to listen to Him, how to respond to Him, communicate and cooperate with the Holy Spirit.

• To strengthen unity within the Body of Christ and to train, equip and empower disciples for Christ built on emotional maturity, which leads to and supports spiritual maturity.  
God’s people are empowered to live as He intended; they continue to trust God and believe He is… who He says He is…, as well, as God’s people believe… who He says they are…

• Restoring God’s Image in us – our true identity formed in Christ.
We cannot grow in spiritual maturity when our minds remain immature, filled with a mixture of the world and God.
Developing a practical, interactive and close relationship with the Holy Spirit by seeking His guidance, counsel and truth every day has always been God’s design for our lives.  As we follow His counsel and transforming truth, we will continue to be formed in the character and nature of Christ – God’s Image.

• Strengthening the Body of Christ – People helping people.
As individuals begin to learn how to work in cooperation with the Holy Spirit, they reach out to help friends, family, neighbors, acquaintances and others to invite them to experience the healing power of the Holy Spirit.
